In a state where the world is heavily affected by the changing conditions of increasing temperatures, Thailand like many other places is also directly affected. In an attempt to build awareness to all parties of the on-going effects of global warming, WWF Thailand, an organization that is closely involved with environmental issues, sent these photographers to all regions to capture the essence of global warming as well as disseminate the footage to the general public. All photographers involved in this mission have produced well-known, reputable work, having features that have appeared in both local and international publications; their names are Nat Sumanatemeya, Athit Perawongmetha, Baramee Temboonkiat, Roengrit Kongmuang, Roengchai Kongmmuang, Arun Roysri and Sittichai Jittatad.

ในสถานการณ์ที่โลกกำลังถูกคุกคามอย่างหนักจากสภาพภูมิอากาศที่กำลัง เปลี่ยนแปลง ซึ่งส่งผลกระทบไปทั่ว ประเทศไทยนับเป็นอีกพื้นที่หนึ่งที่ได้รับผลกระทบโดยตรงหากแต่ยังไม่เคยมี การเก็บข้อมูลด้วยภาพถ่ายอย่างจริงจัง กลุ่มช่างภาพหนุมานโฟโต้ ได้รับความไว้วางใจให้รับผิดชอบภารกิจ"บันทึกโลกร้อน" จาก WWF ประเทศไทย องค์กรอนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อมระดับโลก เพื่อเก็บข้อมูลภาพถ่ายในแนวทางสารคดีภาพ ทั้งนี้เพื่อเปิดเผยความจริงของสถานการณ์ให้ทุกภาคส่วนได้ตระหนักถึงผลกระทบ จากภาวะโลกร้อนที่กำลังคุกคามสิ่งแวดล้อมและทุกชีวิตทั่วทุกภูมิภาคในประเทศ ไทย โดยกลุ่มช่างภาพหนุมานโฟโต้ซึ่งล้วนเป็นที่ยอมรับและมีผลงานสารคดีตีพิมพ์ใน นิตยสารทั้งในและต่างประเทศอย่างต่อเนื่องประกอบด้วย นัท สุมนเตมีย์ อธิษฐ์ พีระวงษ์เมธา บารมี เต็มบุญเกียรติ เริงฤทธิ์ คงเมือง เริงชัย คงเมือง อรุณ ร้อยศรี และสิทธิชัย จิตตะทัต

ภาพทั้งหมดจะถูกนำออกเผยแพร่เป็นหนังสือภาพและนิทรรศการภาพถ่าย "บันทึก โลกร้อน:Shots on Climate Change"
ซึ่งจะจัดแสดงที่เซ็นทรัลเวิร์ด กรุงเทพมหานคร ชั้น 3 โซน Eden ในวันที่ 16-21 มีนาคม 2553
